These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Elim Pool Co.'s services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Elim Pool Co. provides pool maintenance, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and related services to residential customers in South Florida. Services are provided on a recurring weekly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of service. We accept payment via check, ACH, credit card, and auto-pay enrollment.
Either party may cancel service with 14 days written notice. Elim Pool Co. reserves the right to cancel service immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or abusive behavior toward staff.
Customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on the scheduled service day. If access is blocked and service cannot be performed, the visit may still be billed at the standard rate.
Elim Pool Co. performs all chemical balancing according to industry standards. We are not liable for pre-existing equipment deficiencies, damage caused by undetected leaks, or issues resulting from customer-supplied chemicals or third-party equipment installations.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
