At Elim Pool Co., we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
If a scheduled service visit was not completed due to an error on our part, you will receive a credit toward your next invoice. We do not offer cash refunds for completed service visits; however, if a service was performed incorrectly or incompletely, we will return to remedy the issue at no additional charge.
Parts and materials purchased on your behalf for repairs are non-refundable once installed. If a part fails within 30 days of installation due to a defect, we will replace it at no additional labor cost. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply as provided.
If you have prepaid for services and wish to cancel, unused portions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, less any administrative fee of up to $25.
